Our version of the classic French Dip. A generous portion of our Birria meat (beef chuck roast slow cooked for hours in a slightly spicy adobo sauce) mixed with grilled fajita veggies and piled in a toasted Amoroso roll. We top it off with melted Monterey Jack & queso and serve with the adobo consommé for dipping.
